Origin
I did not start by trying to build software. I was already inside businesses where the same things went wrong every day: stock that was missing, data entered twice, phone calls doing the work of a workflow, reports nobody entirely trusted. Software became the material I used to remove them.
Seyit Ahmet Yaşar is an engineer and entrepreneur based in Konya, Türkiye. He designs and builds the systems that businesses actually run on — retail floors, technical service desks, accounting, stock and the data that connects them.
The work spans software architecture, operational automation, data integration and commerce. It tends to start with a real bottleneck rather than a product idea.

Working philosophy
A system earns its place by removing work, not by adding screens. If a feature does not delete a manual step, it is decoration.
Operations do not stop for a migration. Every system here was introduced next to the process it replaced, then took over gradually.
Data is only useful where it lands. Integration matters more than storage: the same number has to mean the same thing in the shop, in the ledger and in the report.
